How should I store my Health-Ade kombucha?

Our kombucha is raw and unpasteurized, so it must be kept refrigerated at all times to maintain freshness and prevent further fermentation.

Does Health-Ade ship to all 50 states?

Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations at this time.

How do you ensure the product stays cold during shipping?

We use specialized insulated packaging and cold packs to ensure your kombucha stays at the optimal temperature during transit, arriving fresh at your doorstep.

Is Health-Ade kombucha organic and non-GMO?

Yes, all our beverages are USDA Certified Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, vegan, gluten-free, and kosher.

What is your return policy for online orders?

Since our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Is there sugar in Health-Ade?

Sugar is a necessary ingredient for the fermentation process as it feeds the living cultures. While we use organic cane sugar, much of it is consumed by the SCOBY, leaving a delicious, low-sugar beverage.
